Tegemeo marks the official opening of its new offices in style, 15th April 2016

On 15th April 2016, Tegemeo Institute celebrated the official opening of its new offices situated at Tetezi Towers along George Padmore Road, Off Marcus Garvey Road, in Kilimani area in Nairobi. The Institute has grown tremendously over the last years necessitating the move to the new and bigger office. 

 

The ceremony was graced by the Vice Chancellor of Egerton University, Prof. Rose Mwonya, who officially opened the new offices. Other guests who graced the occasion were Prof. John Gowland Mwangi, the Deputy Vice Chancellor Research and Extension at Egerton University; Mr. Moses Ouma, the Credit Controller, Egerton University; Mr. Paul Wanyagah, CEO of Kenya Markets Trust; and Mr. John Mburu, the Director of Tetezi Housing Ltd.

The Director of Tegemeo Institute, Dr. Mary Mathenge, expressed the Institute’s gratitude to all those who played different roles in enabling the move to the new offices and acknowledged the support of Egerton University.

Tegemeo Institute is grateful to all its partners for their partnership and support and looks forward to continue working together with them in transforming livelihoods.
